My Story
Born on 12/23/1978, he has a Master Degree in Multimedia Design and Cinema from the University of Beira Interior in 2006.
In 2002, he produced and directed the first Portuguese film in 3D animation, “karma” with script by Rui Zink, and in 2010 he produced with Lobby and directed the first fully independent Portuguese feature film, “Um Funeral à Chuva”, distributed in more than 30 cinema halls in Portugal. Among his fiction works, you can also find the first Portuguese series to enter the Neflix Portugal catalogue, “SAL”, produced for SIC, one of the largest open TV channels in Portugal. He has works of fiction distributed in more than 20 countries and translated into more than 5 languages, such as his globally successful short film “Rupophobia”.
It has already won 3 Ciffts Worlds Best Tourism Film Awards three times, acclaimed as the Oscar of tourism films, the most worldwide award for tourism films.
Director of several short and feature films with commercial screenings in the theaters, as well as hundreds of advertising and promotional films for national and international brands. Awarded several times internationally, regularly marks his presence with his films in various international film, advertising and tourism festivals. He is the CEO, Creative Director, and Founding Partner of Lobby Productions where he has been a director since 2006.
